  • PR Squared is a results-driven training and coaching system built upon three foundational movements: Pulling, Pressing, and Rucking. When these movements are executed with proper precision, intensity, and variation - as well as combined with our nutrition protocols, there is only 1 outcome: a body that is aesthetically refined, strong, and resilient to injury.

  • We get it. You want to get healthier and stronger but it’s hard for you to stay consistent and enjoy working out outside of playing pickleball.

    At PR Squared we give you 1:1 nutrition and fitness coaching that is the perfect complement to your pickleball game. Our goal is to get you stronger, conditioned, and injury resilient through time-efficient workouts, simple nutrition guidance, and weekly accountability check-ins with your coaches, Alba + Lorenzo.

  • Designed for those looking to significantly improve full body strength. Program focuses on movements such as deadlift, pull-ups, pressing movements, and squats. We emphasize an approach that has large scale CNS (central nervous system) activation to build strength across all muscle groups and ranges of motion. It’s not just about the weight you’re moving - it’s how you move it.

PR BUILD

  • Designed for those looking to increase overall muscle mass. The program where full body - compound movements are complimented by hypertrophic rep ranges. Focus on building an impressive upper and lower body with rows, squats, and a variety of presses.
